How do you ensure the cheese stays fresh during shipping?

All orders are packed in insulated thermal liners with reusable gel ice packs. This temperature-controlled packaging ensures your cheese maintains its optimal flavor and texture for up to 48 hours in transit.

Do you offer international shipping?

Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict customs regulations regarding dairy, we currently only ship within the continental United States and Canada.

What should I do if my cheese arrives soft or warm?

Some soft cheeses may naturally soften during transit. We recommend refrigerating your cheese for at least 2 hours upon arrival before opening. If the product feels hot to the touch or the vacuum seal is broken, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.

Are your cheeses pasteurized?

We carry a curated selection of both pasteurized and raw milk cheeses. Each product page clearly lists the milk type and pasteurization status to help you make an informed choice.

Can I customize a cheese board or gift box?

Yes! While we offer pre-selected seasonal boxes, you can use our 'Build Your Own Board' feature to select specific wedges, charcuterie, and accompaniments tailored to your preference.

How long will the cheese last once it arrives?

Hard cheeses typically last 4-6 weeks when properly wrapped, while soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert should be consumed within 7-10 days of delivery for the best tasting experience.
