NATUR'RIESLING BIO, Domaine L. Kirmann, Epfig, Bas-Rhin, France
Grape:  Riesling. Organic and no added sulphites with a beautiful pale yellow colour in the glass and you will find aromas of white flowers, fennel and anise.  The taste has citrus notes and a lovely persistent acidity.  A perfect wine for light, fresh goat cheeses, as well as seafood.
