Made every Spring in house with the 'special' green lemons from Sorrento. This is a delicious after dinner digestif, or add a dash to prosecco with ice & a strip of lemon peel for a refreshing Limoncello spritz. Store in the fridge or freezer & enjoy super cold, or indeed pour a little over Fior di Latte ice cream as dessert!
