50% Colombard, 50% Sauvignon
A wonderfully light, zesty wine, produced from the vines of the next property as their own land is used almost entirely for red wine production. The grape varieties give a really intense aroma of grapefruit, orange & exotic fruits while the taste is fresh with an aromatic long finish. Serve chilled as an aperitif, seafood & light cheeses

60% Negrette with a blend of 20% each Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon
Their signature red. Truly representing the terroir with a full-bodied fruity red. Excellent value, and so versatile, pairs beautifully with cheese as well as simple style foods as well as more complex stews such as Cassoulet. Lovely hits of cherry & spice with forward tannins make this a great modern style everyday wine.
