The selection of cheese has something really special, a delicious Brie-style Scimudin. Accompanied by an alpine Fontina, Taleggio, and finishing with Gorgonzola Naturale with its steely threads of blue spreading through the rich buttery cheese making this cheese board scented, earthy and buttery.

- Scimudin | Lombardy, Cow, Unpasteurised (200g) | Delicate cow’s milk cheese in the style of Brie. The bloomy white rind houses a deliciously silky, smooth pate with a light nutty taste and a gentle mushroom aroma.
- Fontina | Aosta, Cow, Unpasteurised, Organic (200g). Full flavoured from unpasteurised, organic milk. The texture is semi-hard in the mountain Gruyère style.
- Taleggio della Val Brembana | Lombardy, Cow, Unpasteurised (200g) | The texture is creamy, with a rich, melting quality that is not too salty, but has a lovely floral flavour.
- Gorgonzola Naturale | Lombardy, Cow, Pasteurised (200g) | A rich, fruity and sappy blue cheese with earthy aromas.
