- Yoredale | Aysgarth, North Yorkshire, Unpasteurised Cow's Milk - 250g. A traditional farmhouse handmade cheese from a small family farm in Wensleydale. Made slowly to a traditional recipe resulting in a smooth, creamy texture and lovely chewiness too.

Winslade | Hampshire, Pasteurised Cow's Milk. 1 unit (230g) - Winslade has been designed as a meeting point between Vacherin du Haut-Doubs and Camembert.

Pevensey Blue, Sussex, Pasteurised Cow’s Milk (250g). Taking its name from the rich marshlands of the Pevensey levels, this beautiful cheese is modelled on a Gorgonzola Dolce style, designed to showcase its sweetness as it matures and ripens.

- Dalimar Crisps (photographed) or Socca Chips (Chickpea crisps) - depending on availability

Sablés Comtés | 100g bag. Delicious savoury shortbread biscuits made with 25% Comté cheese content. Perfect with your cheese and charcuterie board and glass of wine. Brigitte Arnaud-Boué, of Goulibeur, inherited the recipe from her grandmother Paulette.

Pét-Nat (Pétillant Naturel) or Methode Ancestrale: both the newest and most fashionable sparkling wine and the ancestor of all bubbles. It predates the champagne method by centuries. It is the perfect summer drink as it is almost a universal food wine yet moreish on its own; the saline bubbles giving a mouth-watering appeal.
