Fourme D'Ambert | Auvergne, Pasteurised Cow's Milk (250g). Known as the 'connoisseur’s blue cheese.' Capsule-shaped, patched with grey/white moulds on a natural thin rind. The interior is cream-coloured with smooth even marbling which never dominates the flavour.

Sablés Comtés | 100g bag. Delicious savoury shortbread biscuits made with 25% Comté cheese content. Perfect with your cheese and charcuterie board and glass of wine. Brigitte Arnaud-Boué, of Goulibeur, inherited the recipe from her grandmother Paulette.

70% Pinot Noir & 30% Chardonnay.This is a delicious Champagne, we chose it in particular (after trying a lot of Champagnes!) as it paired so well with our cheeses. It has a bright golden robe with a toasty, buttery nose. Delicate bubbles with a good balance between power, gentle acidity & freshness with a long, clean & elegant finish.
